what is required at time of booking?

All sessions require a non-refundable session fee at the time of booking.

What is the session fee and how much is it?

The session fee is $400 and it is for the session time, location fee if applicable, image editing, as well as your virtual reveal session. Session fee does not include print or digital products. 

What is a Virtual reveal session?

A virtual reveal session is where you'll view your family photos for the first time, explore our artwork options, and choose your printed and digital products. Our reveal sessions are virtually for your convenience, and there is no minimum order. Our clients typically spend around $1000 on their images, however you can purchase as much or as little as you'd like.

What products do you offer?

We offer a variety of custom wall art, heirloom albums, and signature items that beautifully display your family photos. As our products are custom-made, we'll guide you through each one individually during your virtual reveal session and help you select the ones that best fit your style and preferences.

Do you offer sessions outside of Central Florida?

Yes! We love to travel and create beautiful memories in unique locations. If you have a special spot in mind or want to take advantage of one of our travel dates, please inquire about our availability. If we are already planning to be in your desired location, there are no additional travel fees.

What happens if we need to cancel or postpone? 

We recommend booking your family session at least 3-4 months in advance to secure your desired date and time. However, if you are finding us closer to your desired session date, don’t hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to accomodate to your session.

How far in advance should we book our session?

Our session fee is nonrefundable, but we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

What happens if it's raining on the day of our Session?

This varies on the details of your session and preferences. Florida weather can be unpredictable, but we will work with you to ensure that your family session goes smoothly. If the probability of rain is 50% or higher, 3 hours prior to your session time, we will reschedule to a later date, find an indoor location, or embrace the rain and incorporate it into your session.

How many people can we have included in the session?

There isn't a limit to the number of family members that can be partake in the family session. We are thrilled to shoot small, immediate families as well as large, multigenerational  families.

Can we get a few sneak peEk images before our reveal?

Due to our team's post-production process, we are unable to offer sneak peeks before your reveal session. Our editors take around two weeks to complete your images to perfection, and we want to ensure that you receive the best quality product possible. If your images are ready sooner, we will reach out to you to see if you'd like to move your reveal session earlier.

Select 2-3 colors that coordinate well and mix them in each family member's attire so that you compliment each other.

Also when deciding your family attire, take a look around your home. Where you would like to hang your photos? Consider coordinating your attire colors to compliment your home aesthetic so your printed photos look like artwork meant for that space.

Please review all emails, links, and PDFs that we send over leading up to your session. We've created quick and easy to read emails / PDFs to help you prepare as much as possible. Planning for success is the key an amazing session.

The most important thing you can do is to stay calm. Children can sense when you're stressed and that will stress him / her as well.

Please bring snacks and your child's favorite toy to help keep him / her engaged throughout the photo session. Remember that our goal is not to capture perfection, but instead, a perfect representation of who your children are at this point in time.

Yes! They are more than welcome if the selected location allows them. We recommend having a friend or family member come along to keep him / her occupied when we are done with their photos. 

How long does a family session take?

A family session is typically 1-1.5 hours, depending on your preferences and needs. We want to make sure we have enough time to capture all of your desired shots while keeping you and the little ones comfortable throughout the session.
